Vogtlands+kybs...

...and a new set of strut mounts.

The fronts havent settled yet, and these springs are supposed to be slightly lower in the front.[/img]

They look awesome. The wheels are nice too btw

If I wasn't a college student on a small budget, I'd probably do more to my 9-3...but I guess I am more interested in making my convertible look good

I did read that they needed to settle, i still wanted to see how it was going to look on level ground. But mostly that time i was just looking at the pic and then posting :P

Also wanted to see what they look like when they are first installed. how long does it take springs to settle?? In a week that quick?

springs that settle? this is a new one on me... I have seen them "sag" before, but this takes 20 years!

I don't know, not sure about this spring settling business…. Sounds a bit fishy!

Im surprised you've never heard of it. Its called a "progressive drop". I believe Intrax has a progressive drop as well.

SETTLED

I have had my springs on for a couple years now, heres a pic of them settled. The springs definately have a rake to them and tires do wear slightly more due to the camber.

to be honest i noticed the rake right away! Maybe verts sit differently?
The guy who sold them to me told me upfront that it would sit lower in the front before we installed them.
Currently the front tire slightly tucks in the front where the rear has about a .25" gap from the tire to the fender.

Jstoops - the rims are 18x7.5 Sigma wheels, custom drilled by a company out in FL (Lucca wheels).
Im running 215x40r18 tires in the front and 225x40r18 in the rear, the rear tires are pushed out on each side about .5" with spacers.

I was thrown off a little after looking at your ride in the first pic. Your vogtlands seem to sit lower in the rear? the only thing i can think of is that the verts and hardtops suspension sit differently!
