Cool Adding stuff slowly.....

first official mod to the new car.

doing cosmetic stuff for now. kept the boost gauge from the Vig and finally got a nice Autometer dash mount pod. routing and install was a breeze compared to the Viggen. before you ask or yell at me i didnt drillin into the dash. its secured with double sided sticky tape. no holes were drilled for this install!

next up will be some Sylvania Silverstar turn signal bulbs front and rear and then maybe HID's.

Mod number two in and done! Got my Sylvania Silverstar turn signal bulbs this morning and took the ten minutes to put them in. I'll take some pics tonight.

did some more changes tonight. decided i didnt like the brushed silver trim.... so i busted out the plasti-dip and went to town! granted i only did the rear license plate light housing but the front grill is next on the list. ended up being more involved then i thought. also did the dual rear fog hack so now tailgaters beware!

i will hopefully have some better pics in the daylight tomorrow.

finally got my HID kit installed. at first they wouldnt fire off and stay on. kept flickering and then shutting off. found out that you have to reprogram the UEC to Xenon instead of halogen to run constant voltage to the lamps instead of variable. love the light output of these 55W 5K's! cut off is really clean too.

Grille looks great!

On such a nice car I'd have to integrate the boost gauge better though. Looks a bit 'tacked on'

Maybe a pillar pod wrapped in factory materiel?

Good to know about the lights. Do you work at a dealer? Do you have to have TIS or just TechII to change that?

Love the updated GM dash in the 07 up cars.

Love the updated GM dash in the 07 up cars.

you need TIS as well to get Security Access becuase you have to re-add the UEC inorder to make the changes.

back once again with some more mods! finally did an exhaust! sounds so damn good and looks like pure sex on this car! i was truly amazed at how replacing the stock rear box with a higher flowing one greatly improved throttle response and reduced turbo lag. car is far more responsive now.
