-98 is hydraulic so thats a plus.. I would start by bleeding the clutch. Mounts won't keep it from going into gear. Can affect the shifter precision, yes. The wait to go into gear is the disk dragging and the syncros not able to cover it up.
The Viggen clutch has disengagement issues? Or the B204 stocker does?
My stock b204 clutch has no issues disengaging at any RPM

I have the Viggen clutch setup which is only about a year old, along with a new slave cylinder, newer clutch master cylinder, and I also bled the clutch with super blue fluid when I did the brakes a few months ago. I'm nervous to try bleeding again since it seems to be a hit-or-miss kind of operation. I got the clutch feeling better than it ever has by bleeding normally with a pressure bleeder and then doing the magical overnight method...I guess I can try bleeding again, now I have to get more super blue fluid.

Maybe some of your slow change problems are because of the gearbox oil(MT-90)To thick. Ive been doing alot of research on gearbox oil and MT-85 is the pick Followed but MTL.
Check out what N.T reckons Gearbox Oil.. Redline MT-85 (gasp) – TrollTuner

Aligned the shifter linkage today while changing the oil, and it seems like the problem is fixed. Shifting is WAY better...I had assumed that the shop aligned the shifter when they did the transmission but I guess not lol. No more having to wait between shifts...yay!
