99 9-3 acc blower motor suddenly stopped working

Curious where to start looking. Fuse is good. acc doesnt show any codes when I run the self diagnostic test. a/c compressor turns on but the cabin fan isnt working at all. Was in the car for about 15 min and noticed after leaving a stop light the fan had shut off. system was running on low as it wasnt very hot out so i didnt hear it stop, didnt notice until I did not feel any air coming out of the vents. It was also raining pretty heavy when it happend if that matters. Any ideas appreciated.

Its been a while for me, but there is a fan speed controller and fan speed resistor that need to be checked. A little googling of those terms will help you figure it out.

Mine quit working the other day too. It should be the same set up as a 03 OG. Pull the cabin filter out that is under the cowl so you can get access to the blower motor. Run a power wire from the battery to the red wire, if your fan turns on then your blower motor it's fine. If it doesn't try touching the power wire to the orange wire. If that does not turn your blower motor on full speed then your blower motor is probably bad. Might also want to run a ground wire as well just in case you're not making good contact in that connector. My connectors were so rusted that they were no longer making contact, I just cut the wires and connected them directly and removed the blower motor regulator connector. That white thing that the wires go to.
