Help me please!!!!

2005 95 arc. Experiencing intermittent no start problems. At first once in a while, now daily to the point of every time I turn it off, Im praying that it will just start. Also I notice that when this happens my clock - which was set to the correct time resets back to midnight.

I travel very late at night or early in the morning (like 4 am) and I am terrified that I'm going to be stranded somewhere between work and home.

I like this car very much but Im really uncomfortable with this.

Sounds like your battery needs to be tested. But first, check to make sure the battery cables are in good shape and attached securely to the battery.

I second a battery test. This sounds like a simple electrical problem.

SRP, thought that yesterday when the entire dash panel went completely black. Had one of my friends at work about to give a jump when he noticed one of the terminals loose. He pushed it down securely on the lead and it started. Took it to Sports Car Service (SAAB specialist here in Wilmington) they checked it - no start again. This morning getting off work at 6:00am, took about 25 minutes for it to start.

They have it again "trying to figure" what this could be - starter, ignition switch, nss or whatever.
